30-day satisfaction guarantee — for subscriptions

Try it at your own pace. Started a subscription and weren't satisfied — get in touch within 30 days of your first delivery and we'll sort it out. The guarantee applies to the first delivery of your subscription, once per customer, and it applies even if the pouch has been opened. Email contact@caene.se with your order number and send back the opened pouch — we cover the return shipping — and we'll refund the amount once we've received it. If you buy as a one-time purchase, our 30-day free returns for unopened packages apply instead.

No commitment on your subscription

Pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days — or cancel it whenever you like, directly in your account. No tricks, no notice period. The only thing you commit to is a calm morning.

14-day right of withdrawal

You naturally have your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed packages. For subscriptions, our satisfaction guarantee above goes further — it applies even once you've started trying.
