30-day free returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days of free returns from the day you receive your delivery — we cover the return shipping. Returns apply to unopened packages (unbroken seal). Email us at contact@caene.se with your order number and we’ll guide you through the return and refund you once we’ve received the item.

Satisfaction guarantee (30 days) — for subscriptions

Tried your gummies and weren’t satisfied? Our satisfaction guarantee applies when you start a subscription: your money back within 30 days of receiving your first delivery — even if the pouch has been opened. The guarantee applies to the first delivery of your subscription, once per customer. Email contact@caene.se with your order number and send back the opened pouch (we cover the return shipping), and we’ll refund the amount once we’ve received it. One-time purchases are covered by our 30-day free returns above (unbroken seal).

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, starting the day you receive the item. Because dietary supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal applies as long as the seal is unbroken. Our free returns above go further than that.

We’ll confirm and give you instructions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving your request.

Subscriptions

No commitment. You can pause your subscription (30, 60, or 90 days) or cancel it whenever you like — directly in your account or by getting in touch with us. Deliveries already shipped are covered by our 30-day free returns above.

If something is wrong

If something is wrong with your item, you have the right to make a claim under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for up to three years. Get in touch and we’ll help you — at no cost to you, of course.
