Subscription terms
When you choose to subscribe to cáene, your pouches are delivered automatically at your chosen frequency, at a discounted price and with free Standard shipping on all recurring deliveries.
How the subscription works
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at your chosen interval of one, two or three months. Before each delivery, your payment card is charged and the order is then shipped.
- Discount: As a subscriber you pay a discounted price compared to one-time purchases – between 15% and 25% depending on the number of pouches per delivery. Your exact discount is shown when you select a subscription and at checkout.
- Shipping: All recurring subscription deliveries ship free with Standard, regardless of order value. Your first order follows the regular shipping terms (free Standard shipping on orders of 449 kr or more) and can also be shipped with Express for a fee.
Change, pause, or cancel
You’re in control – there is no commitment and no notice period. Through your customer portal you can at any time:
- Pause or skip an upcoming delivery
- Change delivery frequency, quantity, or products
- Update payment and delivery details
- Cancel your subscription
Changes need to be made before your next order is processed, meaning no later than the day of your next charge. Log in to the customer portal via the link in your order confirmation, or reach out to contact@caene.se and we’ll help you.
Right of withdrawal
Your statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (14 days) applies to each individual delivery. You can also cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge.
